Digital-product license

Each product is licensed, not sold. Unless a product explicitly states otherwise, your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or single-business use. Product-specific license terms, where provided, take precedence over this section.

• You may modify products for your own use.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files as a standalone product.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the products for unlawful purposes, to violate the rights of others, or to interfere with the security or operation of any system.

No professional advice

Products, templates, and documentation are provided for general informational and technical purposes. They are not legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and testing anything you deploy.

Provided as-is

Products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevToolsKits is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss or business interruption, arising from use of the products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
